Daniel Edwards Casting is looking for the lead role of "JIM HAWKINS" in 'TREASURE ISLAND' - an exhilarating fresh take on this iconic story!
It's the year 1788 & on the surface, Jim is just a timeless sullen teenager, embarrassed of his mother & a deep yearning for something more... out there ! But his awkwardness hides an intelligence second to none, with a savant like skill that will lead him across the world & into adventures & danger beyond his imagination.

Accent: Neutral English
MUST BE CONFIDENT IN WATER
Shooting Internationally: Jan - April 2026
We are looking for an exceptional confident young actor who can lead this series & beyond. This is a multi layered role that will require a wide range of emotion, both humour & rage & a huge amount of athleticism.
This role will require options - meaning we will need to secure availability for potential further seasons - this will be discussed if you are asked to audition.
Professional experience is not necessary.
This is a paid project.
