IADT (NFS) Short Film ‘Sisters’

Summary:
Casting for IADT NFS Graduation film project ‘Sisters.’ The film is set in 1970’s rural Ireland and follows a feisty young girl Meabh who does whatever she can to protect her two younger sisters from the harsh reality of their catholic orphanage.

Casting Requirements :
Meabh (playing age 12-17)
Meabh is a tough, feisty 15 year old. Her top priority is to protect her younger sisters. Both brave and spirited, she refuses to show weakness in front of the nuns or her sisters.
Lucy (playing age 7-12)
Lucy is a playful, optimistic girl who tries to imagine a better reality for herself with her sisters whilst in the catholic orphanage she's placed in.
Áine (playing age 5-10)
Áine is a shy, introverted girl. She loves to play and escape into imaginary worlds alongside her two sisters Meabh and Lucy.
