Bare Cheek Theatre Company formed CWYT, a non profit youth theatre in September 2003 with the invaluable support of Wexford County Council. To date CWYT has had over 600 members, currently there are over 90 active members aged between 8 years and 23 years, divided into four age appropriate groups. The groups meet each Saturday for 1.5 hours per group during school term time in our own Studios in Pinewood Business Park in Wexford Town. We've had approx 25 members who have gone on to train &/or work professionally within the performing arts industry in Ireland & abroad; including IFTA Award winning actress, Charlie Murphy, Storyland's, Pagan McGrath and many others.
